CRUSH Grand Tasting, the flagship event of Cornucopia, takes place on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, from 8:30 to 11 p.m. at the Whistler Conference Centre. This is its 30th edition.
It is a walk-around tasting of wines from B.C., the Pacific Northwest and other regions, with food from chefs and producers included in the ticket. The organizers note that it is mostly standing, that dietary needs can’t be guaranteed at every station and that guests must be 19 or older with photo ID.
