What makes it special

The 2026 contestant list on the festival site covers a wide spread of noodle traditions. Names include Fuji Ramen & Sushi, Ramen Arashi YYC, Mamak Dang, IBU, Bas Noodle, Pho Express, Lai Rai, Nan’s Noodle House, Goro + Gun, Lonely Mouth Bar, Bangkok Kitchen and Aloha Modern Kitchen.

Each participant serves its festival dish during the 11-day run. Check the contestant page before you go, since dishes and hours vary by restaurant.
