Most Cornucopia tickets are for long dinners. This one starts after dinner. On Friday, Nov. 13, Wild Blue Restaurant + Cocktail Bar in Whistler Village becomes a Japanese-style listening bar from 9 p.m. to midnight, with a vinyl soundtrack, Japanese-inspired cocktails and a dress code of black tie or vintage eveningwear. Suntory is the presenting partner, and the festival lists tickets at $59.
What to expect
Japan’s listening bars are small rooms built around a good sound system and a record collection, where the music gets as much attention as the drinks. Wild Blue is borrowing the idea for one night. The restaurant’s announcement describes a “sophisticated late-night experience” with a curated vinyl soundtrack and a cocktail-led format, pitched as an after-dinner stop during the festival.
It is one of four events Wild Blue is running for the 30th Cornucopia Food + Drink Festival, which runs Nov. 5 to 15, 2026. Chef and partner Alex Chen and executive chef Derek Bendig lead the kitchen.

Wild Blue’s other Cornucopia events
