If you want Texas Southern Smoked BBQ, this is it! Take a look at the Bbq tanks/grills out back and see for yourself! Service is fast and staff very knowledgeable! Great recommendations for mains and sides. I have had most if not all of Toronto BBQ and this is not a disrespect to all the other places serving bbq but this is such a standout! Kris and Andrew run a tight ship and everything is outstanding! Shout out to Hugh for that Dr. Pepper burnt beef ends! Amazing taste!

I always judge BBQ on two things: can I enjoy the meat without any sauce, and are the sides MORE than an afterthought. Golden Horseshoe BBQ nails both of these prerequisites. The Mexican style sausage with the crumbled cotija (I think?) on top, the brisket and pork ribs were perfectly juicy, the chicken: unreal. The beans, the slaw, the potato salad. THE MAC AND CHEESE! Even my 4 year old daughter loved the brisket, the chicken and the beans. Hard to get her to eat anything that isn’t buttered noodles. We definitely overate but for 2.5 of us we spent about $45 per person for a total of $110 with tax and tip (they also don’t pressure you to tip because it’s counter service and they do a lot of take out). I also had leftovers for two days so could definitely get away with closer to $30/person. I can’t wait to go back next weekend. Also definitely thinking of having them cater my friend’s wedding and my birthday.

The food is delicious, particularly the brisket, pork belly burnt ends, and the 'dino bone' beef rib. The house made bread is fantastic and the sides we had (beans and potato salad) were very tasty. The staff are awesome too; big thanks for their amazing service!

The brisket is so good I'd even say it's better than my grandmother's—and that's saying something. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It's one of those places you can count on every time. Easy 10/10, I'll definitely be back again.

The dining area was clean and well organized as well. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to comeback and try other items on the menu :)
