Campanelle au Maïs were really good and creamy. Friendly and quick service. Nice, modern atmosphere. Highly recommended! I would eat here again.

The background
Mano is the third Québec City restaurant from chef Étienne Nadeau and Sandrine Grenon, who also run Ambre and Saison. La Presse reported the opening on Oct. 6, 2026, describing a short menu of fresh pasta made on site with an Italian pasta machine.
Le Soleil followed on Oct. 8, quoting Nadeau that Mano “doesn’t claim to be Italian” and has no grills, steaks or pizza. Mains run between $18 and $22. The space at the corner of avenue De Salaberry was previously Les Délices Tandoori.

What to order
- Mafaldine bolognaise, made with Nadeau’s mother’s recipe, per La Presse, or the white bolognaise with leeks and cream.
- Rigatoni alla vodka, one of the dishes both papers mention.
- Radiatori with basil pesto, or the hand-filled agnolotti (ricotta-spinach or mortadella-pistachio).
- Polpette to start, and tiramisu (decaf coffee or strawberry, per Le Soleil) to finish.
Menus change, so treat these as examples rather than a fixed list.
Before you book
Le Soleil reported the room has been nearly full most evenings since opening, so plan ahead. The wine list is short, about five bottles at a time according to La Presse. Check manoresto.com for current hours.
