Sure it's nice, but not worth its cost. Parker's Table is not one of these locations. To start, they offer a variety of breads, a special butter and some flavored salts for 12CAD. It is worth the 12CAD. The Duo Lamb was delicious beyond language. I didn't even know lamb could taste like that. It very vaguely tasted like bacon, but much heartier and more of a complete dish. Ultimately, the best dining I've had in Canada and maybe in the past year. Will return.

I ordered the Alberta Bison Short Ribs, it did not come at a cheap price. The portion size was satisfactory and it tasted well. The seasoning could have been a bit stronger however. The bison was served with mushrooms and potatoes, it all tasted well. The restaurant does its best to source local ingredients and foods, down to [even] the root beer [drink] that I ordered. An individual with us ordered House made Tortellini, it came uncooked, the dough was slightly raw, we sent it back and ordered Dry-Aged Duck Breast instead. 4/5 overall 5/5 food taste/presentation 5/5 atmosphere/service Would recommend if stopping by, but beware, very expensive.

We had the bread appetizer, which is served tabled-side with a butter carving. We then had the duck and bison filet with the root vegetables on the side. Both dishes were the best we had in their respective categories. Do not judge the more casual atmosphere for less formal food. Highly recommend this beautiful newly renovated restaurant and kitchen!

Unfortunately,โฆWe chose Parkerโs Table to celebrate our wedding anniversary, so our expectations were naturally high. The restaurant is beautiful, and the service was friendly and professional throughout the evening. Unfortunately, the overall dining experience did not live up to the reputation or the price level. The scallops and the crab starters were beautifully presented but very small and lacked the depth of flavour we expected. They were elegant, but simply not memorable. Thankfully, the main courses were much better. The lamb was excellent, the Cowโs Milk Gnudi was delicious, and the dark chocolate dessert was also very good. These dishes genuinely saved the evening. What disappointed us most was the overall experience. We had informed the restaurant in advance that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. It was kindly acknowledged when we arrived, but that was the end of it. At a restaurant positioning itself at this level, we expected at least a small gesture or a little extra attention. It left us feeling that the occasion wasnโt really recognised. We were also surprised by the CAD 145 tasting menu. Only after asking did we learn that it mainly consisted of menu items, plus a small amuse-bouche and a small extra bite before the main course. This was not clearly explained beforehand, making the price premium difficult to understand. Finally, the pacing of the dinner felt rushed. Even after deliberately slowing things down ourselves, we had finished the entire meal in just over an hour. For what should have been a relaxed anniversary dinner at a fine dining restaurant, the evening felt surprisingly short. Overall, while there were some excellent dishes, the experience lacked the warmth, attention to detail and value we expected. We left feeling disappointed rather than celebrating what should have been a memorable anniversary dinner.

All the other staff there were also very welcoming and accommodated my requests. Highly recommend the berry salad & braised lamb, very delicious. Well-cooked and presented on plate perfectly. I wish to be back someday.
